Each Sunday in September Elev8 will offer a 10am yoga class with a portion of the proceeds to benefit Up North Pride.

$5 of each individual participants fee of $15 goes directly to Up North Pride. I hope that you were contacted and made aware! It would be amazing to have board members and supporters at the classes to boost your donation! Not knowing event submission requirements, we have definitely lapses in terms of inclusion, but would appreciate any promotion- even word of mouth! Dates are September 10, 17 and 24!

Participants can bring a mat or use mat and props provided! Once the certified yoga instructor, Emily Arbut, welcomes and sets up the space with props and music, class runs for 1 hour between 10-11.
